During the holidays it’s party after party. With kids, it’s the school party, the church party, the soccer party, the dance party, etc. As adults, holiday parties can add on the pounds really quickly if we aren’t careful. Have you thought about your kids? Even if they can “afford” a few pounds, are they eating tons of junk? My philosophy is “do so in moderation.” However, during the holidays, we often go overboard. Here are some suggestions for healthy, but fun snacks for holiday parties. Finger sandwiches. Kids love little sandwiches and those that are shaped with a cookie cutter. Use lean turkey, etc.
