During the holidays it’s party after party. With kids, it’s the school party, the church party, the soccer party, the dance party, etc. As adults, holiday parties can add on the pounds really quickly if we aren’t careful. Have you thought about your kids? Even if they can “afford” a few pounds, are they eating tons of junk? My philosophy is “do so in moderation.” However, during the holidays, we often go overboard.
