    This adventure drama follows two boys, Ellis (Tye Sheridan) and his friend Neckbone (Jacob Lofland), who find a man named Mud (Matthew McConaughey) hiding out on an island in the Mississippi. Mud describes fantastic scenarios, including that he killed a man in Texas, and vengeful bounty hunters are coming to get him. He says he's planning to meet and escape with the love of his life, Juniper (Reese Witherspoon), who's waiting for him in town. Skeptical but intrigued, Ellis and Neckbone agree to help him. It isn't long until Mud's visions come true and their small town is besieged by a beautiful girl with a line of bounty hunters in tow.

    RETURN TO NIM'S ISLAND

    This sequel to 2008's "Nim's Island" finds Bindi Irwin taking over the role originated by Abigail Breslin. The story follows a boy named Edmund (Toby Wallace) who discovers Nim and her beautiful island while on a cruise ship adventure. Back home, Edmund is frustrated that nobody in his class believes him, so he sneaks aboard the same fateful cruise ship and makes his way to Nim's Island. At the same time, Nim's world is turning upside down, as she's faced with the possibility of having to move to the mainland so her father can pursue his scientific research. Left alone for her last weekend on the island, Nim finds Edmund, as well as the pirate animal poachers that followed him!
