Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Greasea 9x13 cake pan. In large bowl mix cake mix, water, oil, vanilla, and eggs.
Bake cake as directed on box and let stand for 5 minutes. Poke holes in cake with knife or fork.
In large bowl stir together milk, whipping cream, and condensed milk. Pour mixture evenly over cake.
Cover and put cake in fridge for 1 hour, and then frost cake with fluffy white frosting.
Drain pineapple and top cake with pineapples and strawberries.
