We are so excited for this awesome new event! Festival of Wreaths is a pre-Christmas Market! We will have fantastic and affordable local vendors, Christmas pictures with Santa, amazing wreaths (sold as a fundraiser for Historic Waco), and tours of Earle-Harrison House!
