Elevate your acting skills with our "Advanced Theatre Techniques" class designed for passionate 6th-12th graders. This intensive course delves deep into the art of performance, focusing on advanced acting methods, character development, and scene work. Students will explore various theatrical styles, from classical to contemporary, and engage in challenging exercises that enhance vocal projection, physicality, and emotional expression. Our experienced instructor will provide personalized feedback and guidance, helping each student refine their craft and prepare for high-level performances. The course also includes opportunities for script analysis, improvisation, and stage combat, culminating in a showcase where students can demonstrate their newfound skills. Whether aspiring to a career in theatre or simply looking to deepen their understanding of the craft, this class offers a comprehensive and enriching experience for young actors ready to take their talent to the next level.

Classes are held every Tuesday from 4:30 PM to 5:50 PM, from September 17th to November 5th, followed by a Talent Showcase on November 12th, where all of the 4:30 Tuesday classes will show off what they have learned.
Students don't have to attend all the class sessions to sign up; if they need to miss a class session, that's okay. As long as they attend the majority of the classes in the trimester, they will be able to perform at the talent showcase.
$15 to book online in advance, $20 in person on the day of the class.
*6th-12th grade indicates that a student must be in 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade, or the equivalent age, as of the 2024-2025 school year.
