1 pkg. croissant rolls
1 lb. mild sausage
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish. Brown sausage in a skillet.
Spread croissant rolls in bottom of dish. Add sausage, then pour eggs over sausage.
Generously top with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
