This sweet, loving 13-year-old loves being a jokester. His witty comments and 1000-watt smile make him a light in any room. He is also an affectionate kid who loves to give hugs. He is into cars and sports and has lots of energy.
Victor can be strong-willed but is working to effectively manage his behavior. He would do best in a home where both parents can give him individualized attention. Victor has expressed a desire for a family who would be committed to him for the rest of his life. The teen’s ideal family would recognize the need and importance of continued therapeutic services to ensure Victor can live a happy and productive life.
Victor has biological siblings who have been adopted by other families. He would love to find a family who would allow him to continue those relationships.
