November is National Adoption Month, and there’s an urgent need for adoptive families for children and youth in foster care just like Carla.
Carla is an active youth who loves participating in activities like swimming, biking, gymnastics, and dance. She also has a huge passion for music and loves to sing and listen to music. Carla is also an animal lover and enjoys learning new facts about them.
She can by shy when she meets new people, but once they get to know her, she is a great friend who cares about other people’s emotions.
Carla is hoping for a forever family that will nurture her passions and offer boundaries, structure and consistency. She would benefit from a family who could offer extra encouragement when she needs it. She also hopes that her forever family will include siblings, both older and younger.
