Crockpot Chicken Tacos - Winning Recipe for Easy Weeknight Family Favorites Contest

Ingredients: 


2 lbs. of frozen boneless, skinless chicken breast

1 jar of red salsa

1 pkg of taco seasoning

1 pkg of flour or corn tortillas



Toppings (optional):


1 jar of jalapenos

1 8 oz. container of sour cream



Directions: 

Place frozen chicken breasts in the bottom of crockpot. Pour entire jar of salsa over chicken breasts. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the top.

Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 6 hours.

After cooking, shred the chicken with a fork and serve on warm tortillas with sour cream and jalapenos. Enjoy!
